- Whisk the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Then, mash 3 of the bananas and add them to the mixture.
- Add all the remaining ingredients, except for the melted chocolate, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, add the cocoa powder and melted chocolate and mix well.
- In the other bowl, add the chocolate chips.
- Grease and flour a cake pan. Layer the mixture alternately in the pan.
- Place the last banana, sliced lengthwise, on top of the cake.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 45-50 minutes.

You will need
4 large ripe bananas
150g olive oil (medium acidity)
250g brown sugar
100g dark chocolate (melted)
